As for aid its only justification would be as covert bribes for British commercial interests.
Money for India -which has the most billionaires and a space programe , China the World largest economy, and African despots to buy German cars and Russian blondes.
The best aid policy -whenever their is a disaster in the world just send those from whichever ethnic group concerned out of our verious UK ethnic stocks to replace the ones who have been lost.

The UK is europes biggest aid giver - just as it takes in the most asylum seekers . It also has the biggest defence spending.
